Dream Chasers Management Group (DCMG) was founded on the premise that individuals and businesses can achieve their dreams and goals when guided by data, proven marketing techniques, a well-developed plan, and the right team. By combining nearly three decades of experience in traditional marketing concepts with current trends in social media, innovative ideas, and old-fashioned hard work, DCMG team members equip organizations with the information and strategies necessary to reach their goals.

10X Course Creator and Speaking with Confidence were developed as by-products of helping students, clients, and organizations. Tim Newman, president of DCMG and creator of the Formula for Public Speaking, uses his background in education and business to mentor young professionals and help people of all ages become confident speakers. When Tim is not working or teaching, he spends time with his family and friends. He continues to play/run amateur golf tournaments, travel the country in his RV, support the military, and expand his skills in drone photography and hosting podcasts.
